Ask most people to think of the Greek islands and the image that springs to mind probably derives from the Cyclades (pronounced Kyklades in Greek, which does not have a soft “c” sound). Most evocative of these pictures is of white-washed, cuboid houses on a hillside above an azure bay. The houses themselves are dashed with splashes of bright blue, perhaps mixed in with the odd windmill or domed church. This image becomes reality in many places on this rough circle of islands, which provide the perfect venue for island hopping.
In truth, however, the Cyclades consist of a lot of diverse islands with differing cultures and landscapes. It’s impossible to capture them all in a short guide, so will just attempt to point out some highlights.
Mykonos, Santorini and Ios form the touristic heart of the islands, each fulfilling the Greek island dream while being beautiful and vibrant in their own way. Naxos, Paros and Milos offer all that you might expect from the group, but are much-visited, and perhaps better seen out of the high season.
After these six there are a host of smaller and/or lesser-known islands that tend to compete for the Cyclades’ most fashionable, in-the-know, destination of the moment. Folegandros, to the south, once remote behind its tall cliffs, is becoming increasingly trendy, whereas nearby Sikinos, with its tiny population of under 300, is still little-visited.
Our traditionally built Gulets, Turkish motor sailing vessels, have the comforts and amenities and of a good hotel. With a tiny difference! Guaranteed for each room on the yachts, is the view over the sea – and a view that is changing each day!
All navigation work is taken care of by the crew. Your guests will enjoy a totally relaxed vacation.
The crew will spoil the group with culinary specialties from the Mediterranean cuisine. Each meal is freshly prepared from high quality, regional products. Our chefs on board have acquired and accumulated the savvy to create well balanced, healthy, modern, vegetarian meals. On demand we also serve fish.
Our boats accommodate between 12 – 24 people, according to the final group size.

6 to 15 double cabins.
The cabins are equipped with twin beds or 2 single beds. As well as with AC, WC and shower, a wardrobe, storage space, shelves and a space for your suitcase under the bed.
Your stay in a floating hotel with a daily changing view is going to guarantee an unforgettable vacation.

At your arrival to Mykonos airport we organize your transfer to the harbor.
You will embark the yacht with a welcoming information of the crew and your travel guide.

Included services on a YogaCruising trip
* 7 nights’ accommodation / from – to harbor
* Half board (AP) of vegetarian meals: 7x BRUNCH breakfast, Lunchtime & Fruits, 16 pm Coffee time with Cookies and 6x dinner will be served (not included are: 1 dinner that will be arranged in a local fish restaurant).
* Tea , as well as ginger tea are served free of charge on the boat, throughout the day
* 2 x 90 minutes yoga class per day (morning and evening on 5 days).
The yoga sessions start on Sunday evening and the last session is given on Friday morning.
* High quality yoga mats, blocks, belts and blankets are provided on board, in sufficient quantity.
* Equipment for snorkeling and some water sports are provided on board.
* 2x a week there is an option of sailing between 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.

SUPARNI (SUPI) NEUWIRTH
Suparni (means „well winged” / “the one with beautiful wings“, but also “lily”, the flower), 31 years, was born and still lives in Cologne, Germany.
She is a typically positive thinking and happy Cologne girl, but with an eastern philosophic background. Her parents were following eastern philosophies, when she was young (her father Buddhist and her mother Sanyasin).
That is why Yoga, meditation, healthy and vegetarian nutrition, as well as spirituality at all, have always been part of her life.
But when she became a teenager, she decided to turn her back on her background and turned to the typical lifestyle, which was normal in her direct environment, the western society.
Some years ago, at the age of 25, while suffering of a burnout from a hard working lifestyle as an event and marketing manager, she discovered the benefits of Yoga. At this point she was searching for something that clears her mind, calms her down and makes her life more meaningful and lively again. Nowadays she cannot imagine a life without Yoga.
Suparni made her teacher training in Thailand with Blooming Lotus and teaches primarily Hatha, Vinyasa and Power Yoga.
On top she made some special certificates in AirYoga, Prana Flow, Kids yoga, Ayurvedic massage and Yoga for Burnout(-prevention).
Personally, she likes to practice Bhakti Yoga, Acro Yoga, Ecstatic Dance and experimental Yoga Flows.
In addition to her Yoga teaching, the time for her own Yoga exercises is very important for her:
„When I turn on my music, close my eyes and focus on my breath, all movements begin to flow. My body starts moving to its own rhythm and the rhythm of the music.
I don’t need to do anything. There is no right and no wrong. It just happens.
Sometimes fast and powerful, sometimes soft and easy.
Sometimes I sing, sometimes I dance. Sometimes I cry and sometimes I laugh.
At that moment it all feels so natural to me. Exactly this is the magic of YOGA.

Suparni is traveling a lot right now.
Today she is living a nomad lifestyle and traveling around the world. Mostly for yoga venues, retreats and festivals.
